Rymill mc2 2010

A traditional Bordeaux blend of cabernet sauvignon, merlot and cabernet franc from the Coonawarra with a French twist thanks to Sandrine Gimon. Sandrine once told me that to choose the blend for each vintage, she takes the potential final blend home to drink over dinner. If it does not work with food, the blend is back on the bench.

All decked out in stylish yet simple black labelling. Red berries, spice & savoury cigar box and herb notes are soft and elegant. This is a very well priced wine that will satisfy the fussiest wine drinker while providing enough interest to keep everyone talking. Enjoy with lunch or dinner, this will soon become a staple in your glass.
